NSEDM will prepare candidates for training once the centre becomes operational. The initiative is expected to help create a pool of locally trained manpower in modern construction technologies, reduce dependence on skilled workers from outside the State and retain greater economic value within Nagaland. The collaboration is part of NSEDM’s efforts to forge industry partnerships and create market-driven, employment-oriented and entrepreneurship-focused skilling opportunities for youth in the State.
