Zubeen Garg Case: Bail Hearing of Sandipan, Amritprabha Deferred

The bail hearing of accused Sandipan Garg and Amritprabha Mahanta in the Zubeen Garg case remained inconclusive on Thursday, with the court fixing September 3 as the next date of hearing. The hearing was conducted before the court of Justice Anjan Jyoti Kalita in connection with the case. The High Court has also directed that the documents related to the case pending before the fast-track court be submitted before it. Meanwhile, Garg and Amritprabha had sought relief from the case through separate applications. The court has fixed August 17 for hearing the applications seeking relief filed by Siddhartha Sharma and Shyamkanu Mahanta , who are also accused in the case.
