XAUUSD Weekly Plan — Don’t Chase 4,371
Gold starts the new week with a bullish structure, but price is now trading in a very important decision area. After the strong rally from the lower zones, gold is holding above the previous breakout structure and moving around 4,320 - 4,335. The trend is still positive. But after a strong move, I do not want to chase the middle of the chart. I want to see how price reacts at the key zones. The simple read The nearest resistance is 4,371. This is the short-term resistance area where gold may slow down or reject first. If buyers break and hold above 4,371, the next upside reaction zone becomes 4,423. That zone is important because it aligns with the Fibo reaction area. But if gold fails at 4,371, the market may pull back first. The first support to watch is 4,298. This is the OB Buy Scalping / React Fibo Zone. If 4,298 holds, buyers may try to build another continuation move. If 4,298 breaks clearly, the next important area is 4,238. A deeper correction can even retest 4,145 if the market loses momentum. Key price zones for the new week Current price area: 4,320 - 4,335 Short-term resistance: 4,371 Main upside Fibo reaction: 4,423 First buy reaction zone: 4,298 Main order buy zone: 4,238 Deep Fibo buy reaction zone: 4,145 Bullish continuation improves above: 4,371 Short-term structure weakens below: 4,298 Trading plan Bullish continuation scenario If gold breaks and holds above 4,371: The bullish structure becomes stronger. Price may continue toward 4,423. A clean breakout or retest above 4,371 would be healthier than buying late into resistance. Pullback buy scenario If gold rejects from 4,371: I will watch 4,298 first. A clean bullish reaction from 4,298 may support another move back toward 4,371. If 4,298 fails, gold may need a deeper retest toward 4,238. Deep correction scenario If price reaches 4,238 or 4,145: These are deeper reaction zones. I would not guess the bottom there. I would wait for a clear reaction before building any new view.
