The passenger allegedly damaged a monitor, keyboard and passport-scanning machine and also abused airport staff. Airport authorities and CISF personnel intervened and tried to calm her. She reportedly said she lost patience as her son was unwell. Airport authorities subsequently lodged an FIR at Airport Police Station, stating that property worth ₹49,000 was damaged in the incident. No response from IndiGo had been received at the time of the report.
