Vinod Texworld Fixes IPO Price At ₹94 Per Share, ₹42.83 Crore Issue To Open On September 9

Ahmedabad-based textile manufacturer Vinod Texworld has fixed the price of its ₹42.83 crore IPO at ₹94 per share. The SME issue will open on September 9 and close on September 11, with listing on NSE SME expected on September 17. The company plans to use the proceeds for plant expansion, working capital and debt repayment.
