​Surat Civil Hospital Resident Doctor Found Dead In Hostel; Police Suspect Ragging

Reportedly, the resident doctor had joined the hospital in February and was scheduled to report for emergency duty on Sunday morning. His colleagues were reportedly unable to contact him– which is when they went to check on him.
