Supreme Court Won’t Transfer Satya Niketan Building Collapse Case, Says ‘Things Have Started Moving’

The Supreme Court on Thursday declined to transfer the Satya Niketan building collapse case from the Delhi High Court, saying “things have started moving”. The five-storey PG building collapsed on Sunday, killing seven and injuring 12. Civic authorities have begun action against alleged unauthorised structures, while the owner, his wife and son were arrested.
