Street vendor, their representative granted bail in MCC officials abuse case

A Mangaluru court has granted anticipatory bail to street vendor Shantha and honorary president of the District Street Vendors Association, B.K. Imtiyaz, in connection with a case accusing the two of abusing Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) officials during the street vendors clearance drive held on July 26.
