Satyendar Jain Says Delhi Jal Board Tender Was Floated After He Lost Portfolio; AAP Calls Arrest 'Politically Motivated'

Former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain told a court that the Delhi Jal Board tender at the centre of the alleged scam was floated in December 2022, months after he was relieved of his portfolio following his May 2022 ED arrest. AAP lawyer Sanjeev Nasir called Jain’s arrest wrongful and politically motivated, while the ACB has alleged tender manipulation and conspiracy.
