Saharanpur: Man Hung Upside Down, Beaten Over Meeting Girlfriend; INR 5 Lakh Demanded (Video)

A married man in Saharanpur was allegedly tied with a rope, hung upside down and beaten for around 30 minutes after he went to meet his girlfriend in Kasimpur village on September 9. A video of the incident has surfaced online. His family alleges INR 5 lakh was demanded for his release. Police are questioning the man and will act after a complaint and verification.
