Rajasthan Issues H1N1 Alert As Swine Flu Cases Rise To 146; August Records Highest Monthly Tally

Rajasthan has issued a statewide H1N1 alert after reporting 146 positive cases since January 2026, including 55 in August, the highest monthly tally so far. Health authorities have directed medical institutions to strengthen screening, treatment and referral arrangements, while officials said no new or more dangerous H1N1 strain has been detected.
