NALSAR Row: Bombay Bar Association Condemns BCI Chief Manan Mishra, Says He Should Have Resigned

The Bombay Bar Association condemned BCI Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra’s action against NALSAR’s 2026 graduating batch, calling his August 15 apology “clearly belated” and saying he should have resigned. The BCI had initially restricted enrolment of the students but later closed the proceedings, while the Supreme Court criticised the action.
