Bipin left Cuttack for Jaipur in Rajasthan on July 21 and reached Delhi on July 24, where he called his family using another person’s phone as he did not have his own phone. Since then, there has been no information about his whereabouts. His wife Lili Rout and daughter Bhagyabati met the Kendrapara SP and appealed for help in tracing him. A missing-person complaint was also lodged at Kudanagari Police Station on July 30. According to the family, Bipin had learnt that free prosthetic limbs were being provided at a hospital in Jaipur and travelled alone with his Aadhaar card and only Rs 600.
