Man dies after motorcycle goes out of control in Jammu

Jammu, Sept 11 : A man died after the motorcycle he was riding went out of control and he fell off it in the Mandleek Nagar area of Toph Sherkhania in Jammu, officials said on Friday. An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man lost control of the motorcycle near Mandleek Nagar and fell, sustaining injuries. He was soon shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. The deceased was later identified as Parveen Sharma, a resident of Bantalab, Jammu. Meanwhile, the body has been shifted to the GMC Jammu mortuary for post-mortem, while an investigation is underway.—(KNO)
