Maharashtra govt to depute senior officials and elected representatives for inspections across schools

Maharashtra schools will undergo comprehensive inspections by senior education officials. A "Shikshan Palak" will be designated for each district to ensure accountability. Teams will conduct initial four-day drives and monthly follow-up visits. Inspections will focus on hygiene, water, and foundational learning for young students. Officials will use DPC and CSR funds to address infrastructure needs.
