Indefinite Bandh Hits Arunachal’s Lekang Over New Government Recruitment Rules

Community organisations and student groups in Lekang circle started an indefinite bandh against Arunachal Pradesh’s revised recruitment criteria. Protesters said the rules may affect non-APST residents holding domicile certificates. Horojit Morang called the decision unconstitutional and urged safeguards for employment rights.
