Government e-Marketplace Rewrites Rules Of Public Procurement: Piyush Goyal

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said the Government e-Marketplace’s GMV has surged from Rs. 422 crore a decade ago to over Rs. 1.55 lakh crore. With 12.28 lakh MSEs, 42,000 startups and 2.25 lakh women-led firms onboard, GeM has boosted transparency, competition and savings in public procurement.
