Ganeshotsav Rush On Konkan Routes: Panvel RTO Urges Motorists To Use Black Spot App

With thousands expected to travel to Konkan for Ganeshotsav, the Panvel RTO has launched a road-safety drive urging motorists to use its ‘Black Spot RTO Panvel’ app for alerts about accident-prone stretches, dangerous curves and other hazards. It has also urged travellers to follow speed limits, avoid rash driving, wear seat belts and helmets, and never drive under the influence.
