Foreign university influx fuels Indian edtech resurgence

Foreign universities are establishing campuses across India, creating new business opportunities for edtech firms. The University Grants Commission has issued letters of intent to fifteen foreign higher education institutions. These new regulations allow for-profit setups to establish campuses in India.
