Devotees At Temples Have Increased To 40% In Recent Times: Anam Ramanarayana Reddy

The minister claimed that providing better facilities, sanitation and security at the temples played a major role in the rise of devotees at temples. He said that a large amount of funds were being allocated to many temples in AP. In the rural and backward areas, plans are afoot to build new temple. Nitya Naivedyam and Annadaana programmes are being extended to many more temples. Brahmotsavams are being held in many temples, apart from Tirumala and Kanipakam, he said
