'Democracy Cannot Be Converted Into A Criminal Society': Delhi HC Warns Over DUSU Violence, May Halt Vote Counting

The Delhi High Court warned it may halt counting and declaration of DUSU election results if Delhi University and authorities fail to curb alleged violence, hooliganism and election violations. Calling the situation an “almost complete failure”, the court sought reports on steps taken and said elections could be postponed if necessary.
