Delhi PG Collapse Case: Court Sends Owner’s Son, Operator And Contractor To Police Custody

A Delhi court on Wednesday remanded building owner’s son Mahesh Gupta, PG operator Sudhanshu and contractor Sanoj to two days of police custody in the Satya Niketan building collapse case. The investigation is focusing on alleged negligence, unauthorised construction, structural violations and the accountability of those responsible for maintaining the five-storey building that claimed seven lives.
