Cong files complaint against BJP MLC Ravikumar over 'disrespect' to national flag on Independence Day in Bengaluru

The Congress on Monday filed a complaint seeking action against Karnataka BJP MLC N Ravikumar for allegedly disrespecting the national flag during an Independence Day ceremony at the BJP office here, police said.
