China urges Iran to rein in Houthis after Saudi Arabia seeks help: Report

China has privately urged Iran to use its influence over Yemen's Houthis to rein in the group after Saudi Arabia appealed to Beijing over growing threats to Red Sea shipping and oil exports, Reuters reported.
