CBI Arrests Hisar-Based Accused In Cyber Slavery & Human Trafficking Network Linked To Southeast Asian Scam Compounds

The CBI has arrested a key agent accused of trafficking Indians to scam compounds in Myanmar and Cambodia by promising lucrative jobs. The accused allegedly sent at least four people from Hisar in 2025. Victims described “cyber slavery”, while seized devices revealed links to recruiters and cryptocurrency transactions. The CBI had earlier arrested three others in the network.
