Bombay HC Flags Concerning Pattern Of Foreign Nationals Infiltrating India’s Borders, Suggests Aadhaar Act Amendment To Prevent Re-Entry

The Bombay High Court has flagged an alleged pattern of foreign nationals entering India illegally, obtaining Aadhaar and other Indian identity documents through forged papers and assuming false identities. The court suggested amending the Aadhaar Act and directed agencies to verify citizenship, initiate deportation and prevent lawful re-entry.
