A suspect has been arrested over the alleged killing of stray cats in Mumbai's Govandi after animal feeder Rubina Pathan approached police. Pathan found two dead cats on September 5 after discovering four others two days earlier. Police said the suspect, identified as Shiva, reportedly confessed during questioning.
