Bar Council of India closes proceedings against NALSAR Hyderabad students

The Bar Council of India has closed proceedings against NALSAR Hyderabad’s 2026 batch after representations from senior lawyers and students. CJI Surya Kant backed dissent rights while the BCI cited no student involvement in protests. All 2026 graduates can now enrol with State Bar Councils.
