Allahabad HC grants Bail to Bank Employee alleged to be Falsely arrested for GST Fraud [Read Order]

The court said prima facie the applicant made out a case for the bail. He was released on bail on furnishing personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
