YouTube Ecosystem Added Over ₹18,000 Crore To India’s GDP, Supported 9.6 Lakh Jobs In 2025

YouTube’s creative ecosystem contributed over Rs 18,000 crore to India’s GDP and supported more than 9.6 lakh full-time equivalent jobs in 2025, according to Oxford Economics. Over 18,000 Indian channels have crossed one million subscribers, while revenue-generating channels grew by more than 30% year-on-year.
