Welspun Corp promoters, CEO sell ₹1,433 crore stake; Capital Group funds among buyers

Welspun Investments and Commercials and CEO-MD Vipul Mathur sold a 2.4% stake in Welspun Corp, with three Capital Group entities picking up most of the shares.
