Warring backs Punjab employees, warns Mann, calls Rahul new hope

Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Sunday backed a protest by state government employees over pending dearness allowance (DA) payments and restoration of the Old Pension Scheme (OPS), warning Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann against confrontation with the workforce.
