UP Road Accident Relief Scheme Provides ₹17.33 Crore Aid To 342 UPSRTC Accident Victims Since 2017

The Yatri Rahat Evam Suraksha Yojana of UPSRTC has provided more than Rs 17.33 crore financial assistance in 342 accident cases between 2017-18 and 2025-26. The scheme supports families of deceased passengers, injured victims and, after April 2026 expansion, eligible pedestrians affected in UPSRTC bus accidents.
