Unpaid traffic challans? Supreme Court suggests linking them to defaulters’ electricity bills

The suggestion was made by a Bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice KV Viswanathan during the hearing of a plea regarding the electronic enforcement of traffic violations and recovery of unpaid e-challan fines.
