Tata Trusts propose Tata Sons rejig to stay private, meet RBI norms

Tata Trusts has proposed merging Tata Electronics Systems Solutions and Tata Consulting Engineers with Tata Sons, in a restructuring that it says would allow the Tata Group holding company to return to its earlier operating model while also addressing its regulatory classification.
