Swiggy to exit Lynks Logistics in $52 million deal with Singapore’s Trustroot Internet

Food and quick commerce platform Swiggy will transfer its ₹668 crore B2B distribution business Lynks Logistics to Trustroot Internet in a shares swap deal.
