Snack brand Troovy raises Rs 100 crore in Series B funding led by Fireside Ventures
New Delhi: Snack brand Troovy announced on Tuesday, October 27, that it had raised Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Sharrp Ventures and other investors. Troovy develops snacks and food products for children and families, focusing on ingredients, nutrition and taste. The funding will be used to expand research and development (R&D), increase manufacturing capacity and strengthen distribution across quick-commerce platforms and offline retail channels. Aditya Mukherjee, CBO and Co-founder of Troovy, said, "This backing is a vote of confidence in a model most food companies don't use: building with the people who'll actually eat what you make." Mansi Baranwal, CEO and Co-founder, Troovy, said, "Our community of parents and kids told us 'no' more times than they told us 'yes', and that's exactly why Troovy works." Troovy's product portfolio includes vacuum-cooked potato chips, vegetable- and millet-based chips, ketchup and seasonings. The company claims that its vacuum-cooked potato chips contain 10-12% oil, compared with 35-40% in conventional chips. It also offers products marketed as being free from synthetic additives and preservatives. The latest investment follows Troovy's Series A funding round in January 2026, when it raised approximately Rs 45.8 crore, with backing from Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures.
