Sebi Suspends New Mandates For Corporate Capital Ventures After Compliance Failures

Sebi has barred merchant banker Corporate Capital Ventures Pvt Ltd from taking new assignments for one month after finding multiple regulatory violations. The lapses included failure to update IPO track records, website disclosure issues, record maintenance deficiencies and lack of required NISM certifications among key managerial personnel.
