The Election Commission of India has issued notices under its Special Intensive Revision (SIR) drive to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Director Praveen Sood, and several other prominent individuals registered in the New Delhi Assembly constituency.
