The 64-year-old comedian revealed on The Late Late Show that her Irish citizenship could come “any day now,” nearly two years after applying. With all four grandparents from Ireland and her brothers already holding Irish citizenship, O’Donnell said she never thought she would need it — until she felt she had to leave the US after Trump’s return to power. Now settled in Ireland, Rosie says she plans to return to America once Trump is out of office.
