RBI files caveat petition in Bombay High Court regarding listing mandate

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has filed a caveat petition in the Bombay High Court regarding the rejection of Tata Sons’ application to voluntarily surrender its Core Investment Company (CIC) registration.
