Pahalgam Terror Attack Case: NIA To Send Court Summons to Hafiz Saeed Through MEA

NIA is preparing to serve a formal court summons to Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) founder Hafiz Saeed regarding his alleged involvement in the Pahalgam terror attack. The process will be executed through the Ministry of External Affairs, directing Saeed to appear for trial before a special NIA court in Jammu.
