MobiKwik Completes Digital Lending Transfer To Subsidiary, Appoints Manish Pathania As CBO

MobiKwik has completed the transfer of its digital lending business to wholly-owned subsidiary MDSPL and appointed former Bajaj Markets executive Manish Pathania as CBO. The move follows an RBI requirement linked to the group's NBFC approval. MobiKwik expects quarterly lending disbursals to exceed Rs 1,000 crore in coming quarters.
