Max Healthcare unit gets ₹166 crore GST notice over management fees

The DGGI has alleged non-payment of GST on variable management fees by Max Healthcare subsidiary Alps Hospital, with the tax demand and proposed penalties totalling about ₹165.7 crore, excluding interest.
