Kerala govt forms SIT headed by ADGP P Vijayan to probe Messi visit fraud

The Kerala government has constituted a high-level Special Investigation Team (SIT) to comprehensively investigate the multi-crore financial fraud and procedural lapses surrounding football legend Lionel Messi's aborted visit. ADGP (Law and Order) P. Vijayan will lead the investigation team.
