IRB Infrastructure to invest up to ₹351 crore in IRB InvIT as trust looks to buy two highway assets

IRB Infrastructure will subscribe to up to 5.4 crore units of IRB InvIT at ₹65 apiece, with the money helping the trust fund the acquisition of two project companies.
