Hayden Panettiere cause of death revealed: Actor died from fentanyl overdose, coroner says

Hayden Panettiere died from an accidental overdose involving fentanyl and several other drugs, the Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed. The 36-year-old actor was found unresponsive in South Carolina on 16 August.
