Happiest Minds to merge with ITC Infotech; Soota-led promoter group to sell 22.1% stake for over Rs 1,300 cr

The acquisition will be followed by a scheme of amalgamation under which Happiest Minds will be merged into ITC Infotech, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals.
