Gwalior Police Seize Car Covered In Lipstick

Police in Gwalior seized a car covered in 3,400 lipstick marks allegedly left by the owner’s girlfriend. The man was issued a ₹5,500 challan and was later asked to scrub the lipstick marks off the vehicle.
