Gurugram hit-and-run case: Police say accused Kalyan Bainsla tried to escape after arrest

The Gurugram Police have added Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against him. The police have also added an attempt-to-murder charge against the accused after analysing the CCTV footage against him.
